Step-by-step technique for Tate Press, an exercise for triceps using dumbbells. From the Frog Fitness exercise library.
How to do it
- Lie on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand over your chest.
- Lower the dumbbells in toward your chest by flaring your elbows out.
- Extend back up to straight arms.
- Squeeze your triceps at the top.
Coach tip: Keep your upper arms fairly still.
