Works with the tools you already use.
Frog Fitness connects to calendars, payments and health data, so you do not have to move things by hand. Here is what each connection does.
Your calendar, your payments, your brand.
Google Calendar and Outlook
Your clients’ planned training days appear in your own calendar and update when you change a program. Your own meetings show up in the coach calendar, so you can plan around them.
Stripe
Send invoices or set up monthly subscriptions to your clients. The money goes to your own Stripe account and from there to your bank.
Live sessions in the browser
Run group and one-to-one sessions with video straight from the coach space, without extra software for your clients. Prefer Zoom or Google Meet? Paste your own meeting link.
Your logo
Your logo and business name on the client’s home screen, on printed programs and meal plans, on your profile page and on your booking page.
Programs and meal plans on paper
Print or save programs and meal plans as PDF, for clients who want the plan on the gym floor or on the fridge.
Your own page
A public page with your services, reviews and an enquiry form. Enquiries land as leads in the coach space and in your inbox.
What happens between sessions reaches you.
Your clients train in the Frog Fitness app. What they log there, and what their phone and watch measure, lands on the client card in your coach space.
Apple Health and Health Connect
Steps, heart rate and sleep from the client’s phone. Watches and rings that write to Apple Health or Health Connect come along the same way. Frog Fitness only reads, and the client chooses what to share with you.
Check-ins, chat and meal photos
What the client sends from the app lands in the coach space: check-in answers on the client card, messages in your inbox and meal photos next to the nutrition log.
Livsmedelsverket and Open Food Facts
Food search covers the Swedish Food Agency’s database and Open Food Facts, and the app scans barcodes. Foods you add yourself are shared with your clients.
