Thoracic Rotation
Step-by-step technique for Thoracic Rotation, an exercise for upper back using bodyweight. From the Frog Fitness exercise library.
How to do it
- Get on all fours and place one hand behind your head.
- Rotate that elbow down toward the opposite arm.
- Open up by rotating the elbow toward the ceiling.
- Follow with your eyes and repeat, then switch sides.
Coach tip: Move the thoracic spine. Not the lower back.
