Rotational Push-Up

How to do it
- Perform a push-up from a plank position.
- At the top, rotate your body and extend one arm toward the ceiling.
- Return to the plank.
- Do another push-up and rotate to the other side.
Coach tip: Rotate from your core, not just the arm.
