How to do it

  1. Set the bench to a 30–45 degree incline.
  2. Lie back with a dumbbell in each hand over your upper chest.
  3. Lower the dumbbells out to the sides in an arc with slightly bent elbows.
  4. Bring them back together over your upper chest.
Coach tip: Use lighter weight than pressing. Focus on the stretch.
