Incline Push-Up

How to do it
- Place your hands on a bench or box, shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your body straight from head to heels.
- Lower your chest toward the edge under control.
- Press up to straight arms.
Coach tip: Easier variation. The higher the surface, the easier.
