V-Up
Step-by-step technique for V-Up, an exercise for upper abs using bodyweight. From the Frog Fitness exercise library.
How to do it
- Lie flat on your back with your arms extended behind your head.
- Lift your legs and torso at the same time so your body forms a V.
- Reach your hands toward your feet.
- Lower under control.
Coach tip: Keep your legs as straight as you can on the way up.
