Russian Twist

How to do it
- Sit with bent knees and a reclined torso, feet slightly raised.
- Hold your hands or a weight in front of your chest.
- Rotate your torso from side to side.
- Keep your core braced throughout.
Coach tip: Rotate from your core, not just your arms.
