Standing Quad Stretch

How to do it
- Stand on one leg and hold a support.
- Grip the other ankle behind you.
- Pull your heel toward your glute until you feel a stretch in the quad.
- Hold, breathe and switch legs.
Coach tip: Keep your knees together and hips pushed slightly forward.
