How to do it

  1. Stand in front of a sturdy box.
  2. Bend slightly at the knees and swing your arms.
  3. Jump up and land softly with both feet on the box.
  4. Step down and repeat.
Coach tip: Step down. Don’t jump down (saves your knees).
