Box Jump
Step-by-step technique for Box Jump, an exercise for quads using bodyweight. From the Frog Fitness exercise library.
How to do it
- Stand in front of a sturdy box.
- Bend slightly at the knees and swing your arms.
- Jump up and land softly with both feet on the box.
- Step down and repeat.
Coach tip: Step down. Don’t jump down (saves your knees).
