How to do it

  1. Lie on your side with straight legs stacked on top of each other.
  2. Support your head with your arm.
  3. Raise your top leg straight up.
  4. Lower under control and repeat, then switch sides.
Coach tip: Point your toes forward, not up, to target the glute.
