RKC Plank

How to do it
- Get into a plank on your forearms.
- Maximally brace your abs, glutes and thighs.
- Pull your elbows toward your toes without moving them.
- Hold the hard tension and breathe.
Coach tip: Harder than a regular plank. Short holds are enough.
