Kettlebell Swing

How to do it
- Stand shoulder-width with a kettlebell in front of you.
- Hinge your hips back and grip the kettlebell.
- Drive your hips forward powerfully and swing the weight to chest height.
- Let it fall back between your legs and repeat.
