How to do it
- Lie on your back with one knee bent and the other leg extended up.
- Brace your glutes.
- Drive your hips up with the supporting leg until your body is straight.
- Lower under control and switch legs.
Coach tip: Keep your hips level. Don’t tilt to one side.
