Meadows Row

Step-by-step technique for Meadows Row, an exercise for lats using barbell. From the Frog Fitness exercise library.

How to do it

  1. Place one end of a barbell in a corner (landmine).
  2. Stand beside it and grip the end with one hand, hinge at the hips.
  3. Pull the end up toward your hip with the elbow out.
  4. Lower under control and repeat, then switch sides.
Coach tip: Stand perpendicular to the bar for the best pulling angle.
