How to do it
- Lie on a decline bench with your feet secured.
- Grip the bar at or wider than shoulder-width.
- Lower the bar under control to your lower chest.
- Press up until your arms are straight.
Coach tip: Have a spotter hand off the bar. It’s hard to unrack alone.
