Back Squat
Step-by-step technique for Back Squat, an exercise for quads using barbell. From the Frog Fitness exercise library.
How to do it
- Place the bar on your upper back and stand shoulder-width.
- Brace your core and keep your chest up.
- Bend your knees and hips until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor.
- Drive through your heels back to standing.
Coach tip: Keep your knees tracking over your toes. Don’t let them cave in.
