How to do it
- Stand tall and bring one arm straight across your chest.
- Use your other arm to pull it closer to your body.
- Keep your shoulder down and feel a stretch in the rear delt.
- Hold, breathe and switch sides.
Coach tip: Pull it in toward your chest, not up toward your chin.
