Band External Rotation

How to do it
- Anchor a band at waist height and grip it with your elbow at 90 degrees against your body.
- Keep your elbow pinned to your side.
- Rotate your forearm outward away from your body.
- Return under control and switch sides.
Coach tip: Keep your elbow against your body. Move only the forearm.
