How to do it

  1. Sit on the edge of a bench or chair with a straight back and your hands on your thighs.
  2. Slowly extend the affected leg in front of you while looking up at the ceiling.
  3. Bend the leg back while lowering your chin toward your chest.
  4. Keep the movement smooth and rhythmic without holding the end position.
Coach tip: It should feel like a gentle pull, never like an electric shock. If it gets worse, reduce the range or skip the exercise.
