Seated Nerve Flossing

How to do it
- Sit on the edge of a bench or chair with a straight back and your hands on your thighs.
- Slowly extend the affected leg in front of you while looking up at the ceiling.
- Bend the leg back while lowering your chin toward your chest.
- Keep the movement smooth and rhythmic without holding the end position.
Coach tip: It should feel like a gentle pull, never like an electric shock. If it gets worse, reduce the range or skip the exercise.
