Användarvillkor
Dessa användarvillkor ("Villkoren") reglerar din användning av appen Frog Fitness och webbportalen på app.frogfitness.se samt relaterade tjänster (tillsammans "Tjänsten"). Tjänsten tillhandahålls av Bohlin Tech (enskild firma, Sverige) under varumärket Frog Fitness ("vi", "oss"). Genom att skapa ett konto eller använda Tjänsten godkänner du dessa Villkor. Om du inte godkänner dem, använd inte Tjänsten.
Är du coach/PT och använder PT Access? Då gäller dessutom PT-avtalet och personuppgiftsbiträdesavtalet för din yrkesmässiga användning.
1. Godkännande av villkor
Genom att skapa ett konto eller använda Tjänsten bekräftar du att du är minst 16 år och kan ingå ett bindande avtal. Dessa Villkor utgör ett juridiskt avtal mellan dig och Bohlin Tech.
2. Ditt konto
Du ansvarar för att hålla dina inloggningsuppgifter säkra och för all aktivitet under ditt konto. Ange korrekt information vid registrering och håll den uppdaterad. Meddela oss omedelbart vid obehörig användning av ditt konto.
3. Licens att använda Tjänsten
Vi ger dig en personlig, icke-exklusiv, icke-överförbar och återkallelig licens att använda Tjänsten för dina egna träningsändamål, i enlighet med dessa Villkor och, för app-versionen, App Stores respektive Google Plays villkor. Yrkesmässig användning som coach/PT kräver PT Access och regleras i PT-avtalet.
4. Hälso- & säkerhetsfriskrivning
Pass, program, rekommendationer, uppskattade 1RM-värden, styrkenivåer och kroppsmått i Tjänsten tillhandahålls endast i informationssyfte. De ersätter inte professionell medicinsk eller träningsmässig rådgivning.
- Rådgör med läkare innan du påbörjar ett nytt träningsprogram.
- Sluta träna och sök vård om du känner smärta, yrsel eller obehag.
- Du använder Tjänsten och utför all träning helt på egen risk.
5. AI-coachning
Den digitala PT:n skapar förslag baserat på informationen du anger. Dessa förslag är automatiserade, kanske inte passar dina individuella förhållanden och är inte medicinsk rådgivning. Du ansvarar för att avgöra om en rekommendation är lämplig för dig.
6. Prenumerationer & betalningar
Tjänsten erbjuder en gratisnivå samt betalda tillägg:
- Frog Premium köps som prenumeration i mobilappen och debiteras via ditt Apple App Store- eller Google Play-konto till det pris som visas vid köpet. Prenumerationen förnyas automatiskt om den inte avslutas minst 24 timmar före den aktuella periodens slut. Du hanterar och avslutar den i dina App Store-/Google Play-kontoinställningar, och återbetalningar hanteras av Apple respektive Google enligt deras policyer.
- PT Access (för coacher) köps i webbportalen och betalas via Stripe. Priser, provperiod och paketnivåer visas i portalen innan köpet slutförs. Prenumerationen förnyas automatiskt per månad tills den sägs upp, vilket du kan göra när som helst via betalningsportalen (Konto → Hantera prenumeration); uppsägningen gäller från nästa betalperiod. Villkoren för yrkesmässig användning finns i PT-avtalet.
7. Ångerrätt vid köp på webben
När du som konsument köper en prenumeration via webbportalen har du enligt lagen (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler 14 dagars ångerrätt från den dag avtalet ingås. Ångrar du dig kontaktar du oss på support@frogfitness.se; du kan även använda Konsumentverkets standardformulär för utövande av ångerrätt.
- Genom att starta prenumerationen samtycker du till att tjänsten börjar levereras under ångerfristen. Om du ångrar dig efter att leveransen börjat men inom fristen betalar du endast en proportionell andel för den tid tjänsten använts.
- Ingår en kostnadsfri provperiod och du ångrar dig eller säger upp innan den löpt ut debiteras du ingenting.
- Ångerrätten gäller konsumenter. För köp som görs i en näringsverksamhet (t.ex. PT Access för din coachningsverksamhet) gäller ångerrätt enligt lag inte; se PT-avtalet.
8. Coachning via PT
Tjänsten låter dig koppla ditt konto till en coach eller extern PT. Själva coachningsrelationen — upplägg, pris, kvalitet och eventuella avtal — är en sak mellan dig och din PT; vi tillhandahåller verktygen. Vad din PT kan se av dina uppgifter styr du själv i appen, se vår integritetspolicy. Betalningar från dig till din PT via Tjänsten hanteras av Stripe för PT:ns räkning; kvitton och återbetalningar för sådana köp hanteras av din PT.
9. Tillåten användning
Du samtycker till att inte missbruka Tjänsten, inklusive genom att försöka bakåtkompilera den, störa dess drift, komma åt den på obehörigt sätt eller använda den för olagliga ändamål.
10. Immateriella rättigheter
Tjänsten, dess innehåll, design, logotyp och programvara ägs av Bohlin Tech och skyddas av lagar om immateriella rättigheter. Uppgifterna du anger förblir dina; du ger oss de begränsade rättigheter som behövs för att driva Tjänsten åt dig.
11. Uppsägning
Du kan sluta använda Tjänsten och radera ditt konto när som helst, direkt i appen (Profil → Konto) eller i portalen (Konto → Radera konto). Vi kan stänga av eller avsluta åtkomsten om du bryter mot dessa Villkor eller använder Tjänsten på ett sätt som kan skada andra användare eller oss.
12. Ansvarsbegränsning
I den utsträckning lagen tillåter ansvarar Bohlin Tech inte för indirekta skador, följdskador eller oförutsedda skador, eller för någon personskada till följd av din användning av Tjänsten. Tjänsten tillhandahålls "i befintligt skick" utan några garantier. Inget i dessa Villkor begränsar ansvar som inte kan uteslutas enligt tillämplig lag, och inget begränsar dina rättigheter som konsument enligt tvingande konsumentlagstiftning.
13. Ändringar av dessa villkor
Vi kan uppdatera dessa Villkor då och då. Vi publicerar den uppdaterade versionen här och ändrar versionsnummer och datum ovan. Väsentliga ändringar meddelas i Tjänsten i rimlig tid innan de börjar gälla. Din fortsatta användning av Tjänsten efter att ändringar trätt i kraft innebär att du godkänner de reviderade Villkoren.
14. Tillämplig lag & tvister
Dessa Villkor regleras av svensk lag. Eventuella tvister ska prövas av svensk domstol, om inte tvingande konsumentlagstiftning föreskriver annat. Som konsument kan du också vända dig till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, eller använda EU:s plattform för tvistlösning online.

Terms of Service
This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Swedish version prevails.
These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Frog Fitness app and the web portal at app.frogfitness.se, together with related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Bohlin Tech (sole proprietorship, Sweden) under the Frog Fitness brand ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Service.
Are you a coach/PT using PT Access? Then the PT Agreement and the Data Processing Agreement additionally apply to your professional use.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Bohlin Tech.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Licence to use the Service
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for your own training purposes, in accordance with these Terms and, for the app version, the App Store's and Google Play's respective terms. Professional use as a coach/PT requires PT Access and is governed by the PT Agreement.
4. Health & safety disclaimer
Workouts, programs, recommendations, estimated 1RM values, strength levels and body measurements in the Service are provided for informational purposes only. They do not replace professional medical or training advice.
- Consult a doctor before starting a new training program.
- Stop training and seek care if you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort.
- You use the Service and perform all training entirely at your own risk.
5. AI coaching
The digital PT creates suggestions based on the information you enter. These suggestions are automated, may not suit your individual circumstances and are not medical advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a recommendation is appropriate for you.
6. Subscriptions & payments
The Service offers a free tier and paid add-ons:
- Frog Premium is purchased as a subscription in the mobile app and billed via your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the price shown at the time of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel it in your App Store/Google Play account settings, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- PT Access (for coaches) is purchased in the web portal and paid via Stripe. Prices, trial period and package tiers are shown in the portal before the purchase is completed. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled, which you can do at any time via the billing portal (Account → Manage subscription); cancellation takes effect from the next billing period. The terms for professional use are set out in the PT Agreement.
7. Right of withdrawal for web purchases
When you as a consumer purchase a subscription via the web portal, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the contract is concluded, under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lag 2005:59 om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler). To withdraw, contact us at support@frogfitness.se; you may also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form.
- By starting the subscription, you consent to the service beginning to be delivered during the withdrawal period. If you withdraw after delivery has begun but within the period, you only pay a proportional share for the time the service was used.
- If a free trial period is included and you withdraw or cancel before it ends, you are charged nothing.
- The right of withdrawal applies to consumers. For purchases made in the course of a business (e.g. PT Access for your coaching business), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply; see the PT Agreement.
8. Coaching via a PT
The Service lets you link your account to a coach or external PT. The coaching relationship itself — arrangement, price, quality and any contracts — is a matter between you and your PT; we provide the tools. You control what your PT can see of your data in the app; see our privacy policy. Payments from you to your PT via the Service are handled by Stripe on the PT's behalf; receipts and refunds for such purchases are handled by your PT.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse-engineer it, disrupt its operation, access it without authorisation or use it for unlawful purposes.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its content, design, logo and software are owned by Bohlin Tech and protected by intellectual property laws. The data you enter remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, directly in the app (Profile → Account) or in the portal (Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may harm other users or us.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bohlin Tech is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, or for any personal injury resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory consumer legislation.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We publish the updated version here and change the version number and date above. Material changes are announced in the Service a reasonable time before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer legislation provides otherwise. As a consumer, you may also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, or use the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
