PT-avtal — villkor för PT Access
Detta avtal ("PT-avtalet") gäller mellan Bohlin Tech (enskild firma, Sverige), som tillhandahåller plattformen Frog Fitness ("vi", "Plattformen"), och dig som aktiverar PT Access för att bedriva coachnings- eller PT-verksamhet via Plattformen ("PT:n", "du"). Du godkänner PT-avtalet när du aktiverar PT Access i portalen. PT-avtalet gäller utöver de allmänna användarvillkoren; vid konflikt har PT-avtalet företräde för din yrkesmässiga användning.
Personuppgiftsbiträdesavtalet utgör en integrerad del av detta avtal (Bilaga 1).
1. Tjänsten
PT Access ger dig tillgång till en separat coachyta i portalen med verktyg för att:
- hantera klienter som valt att koppla sitt Frog Fitness-konto till dig,
- skapa och tilldela träningsprogram, pass och kostscheman,
- följa den tränings-, kropps- och kostdata som klienten valt att dela,
- kommunicera med klienter via meddelandefunktionen,
- synka din kalender (Google/Microsoft) om du väljer att ansluta den, och
- ta betalt av dina klienter via Stripe (se punkt 6).
Vi utvecklar Plattformen löpande och kan lägga till, ändra eller ta bort funktioner. Väsentliga försämringar av kärnfunktioner meddelas i rimlig tid.
2. Priser & betalning
PT Access säljs som månadsprenumeration via Stripe i tre paketnivåer. Aktuella priser och klientgränser visas alltid i portalen innan köp; vid detta avtals datum:

- Nya konton får en kostnadsfri provperiod (för närvarande 3 månader, med utökad klientgräns under provet) — ingenting debiteras om du säger upp innan provperioden löpt ut.
- Prenumerationen förnyas automatiskt per månad tills den sägs upp. Du säger upp när som helst via betalningsportalen; uppsägningen gäller från nästa betalperiod.
- Priserna anges inklusive eventuell tillämplig moms om inte annat framgår i betalflödet. Prisändringar meddelas minst 30 dagar i förväg och gäller från nästa betalperiod.
- PT Access köps för din näringsverksamhet — lagstadgad ångerrätt för konsumenter gäller därför inte köpet.
3. Ditt ansvar som PT
- Du bedriver din coachningsverksamhet självständigt, i eget namn och på eget ansvar. Bohlin Tech är inte part i relationen mellan dig och dina klienter och ansvarar inte för din rådgivning, dina program eller dina åtaganden gentemot klienter.
- Du ansvarar för att din verksamhet följer tillämplig lag, inklusive konsument-, marknadsförings-, bokförings- och skattelagstiftning, samt för att ha de tillstånd, försäkringar och den kompetens som verksamheten kräver.
- Du ansvarar för dina egna avtal med klienter (pris, upplägg, ångerrätt för dina tjänster, avbokning m.m.).
- Plattformen är inte en medicinsk tjänst. Du får inte använda den för att ge medicinsk rådgivning, och du ansvarar för att hänvisa klienter till vården när det behövs.
4. Klientdata & personuppgifter
- Klienten äger sin data och styr själv, per kategori (träning, kropp, kost), vad som delas med dig. Delningsspärrar upprätthålls tekniskt — du får bara tillgång till det klienten delar, och åtkomsten upphör när klienten stänger av delningen eller kopplingen.
- För klienters personuppgifter som du behandlar i din coachningsverksamhet är du personuppgiftsansvarig och Bohlin Tech ditt personuppgiftsbiträde. Villkoren för den behandlingen regleras i personuppgiftsbiträdesavtalet (Bilaga 1).
- Du får endast använda klientdata för att leverera coachningen till respektive klient — aldrig för marknadsföring till tredje part, vidareförsäljning eller egna register utanför Plattformen utan klientens uttryckliga samtycke och egen rättslig grund.
- Du ansvarar för att uppfylla dina egna skyldigheter enligt GDPR gentemot dina klienter, t.ex. att informera dem om din behandling.
5. Klientgränser & rimlig användning
Antalet kopplade klienter begränsas av din paketnivå. Vi kan tillämpa rimliga tekniska begränsningar för att skydda Plattformens stabilitet. Automatiserad skrapning, massexport av andra användares data eller delning av ditt konto med andra coacher är inte tillåtet.
6. Betalningar från klienter (Stripe Connect)
- Du kan ansluta ett eget Stripe-konto för att ta betalt av klienter. Stripes egna villkor (inklusive Stripe Connected Account Agreement) gäller för kontot, och Stripe kan kräva identitets- och verksamhetsuppgifter enligt penningtvättslagstiftning.
- Betalningar från klienter sker till ditt Stripe-konto. Du är säljare av dina tjänster och ansvarar för kvitton, återbetalningar, reklamationer, redovisning och skatt för dessa intäkter.
- Plattformens eventuella serviceavgift på klientbetalningar framgår i portalen innan du aktiverar betalfunktionen; ändringar meddelas minst 30 dagar i förväg.
7. Immateriella rättigheter & innehåll
Plattformen ägs av Bohlin Tech. Program, texter och material du själv skapar förblir dina; du ger oss de begränsade rättigheter som behövs för att lagra och visa dem för dig och dina klienter i Tjänsten. Du ansvarar för att ditt innehåll inte gör intrång i annans rätt.
8. Tillgänglighet & support
Vi strävar efter hög tillgänglighet men garanterar inte att Plattformen är fri från avbrott eller fel. Planerat underhåll förläggs i möjligaste mån till tider med låg användning. Support ges via support@frogfitness.se.
9. Avtalstid & upphörande
- Avtalet gäller från att du aktiverar PT Access och löper tills vidare, så länge du har en aktiv prenumeration eller provperiod.
- Vi kan säga upp eller stänga av PT Access med omedelbar verkan vid väsentligt avtalsbrott, t.ex. missbruk av klientdata, olaglig verksamhet eller utebliven betalning; i övriga fall med 30 dagars varsel.
- Vid upphörande förlorar du åtkomsten till coachytan. Dina klienters egna konton och data påverkas inte — de äger sin data. Behandlingen av klientdata vid upphörande regleras i personuppgiftsbiträdesavtalet.
10. Ansvarsbegränsning
Plattformen tillhandahålls "i befintligt skick". I den utsträckning lagen tillåter ansvarar Bohlin Tech inte för indirekta skador, utebliven vinst eller förlust av data, och det sammanlagda ansvaret under detta avtal är begränsat till de avgifter du betalat för PT Access under de senaste 12 månaderna. Begränsningen gäller inte vid uppsåt eller grov vårdslöshet.
11. Ändringar
Vi kan uppdatera PT-avtalet. Väsentliga ändringar meddelas i portalen eller via e-post minst 30 dagar innan de träder i kraft. Om du inte godkänner en ändring kan du säga upp prenumerationen innan ändringen börjar gälla; fortsatt användning därefter innebär godkännande.
12. Tillämplig lag & tvister
Avtalet regleras av svensk lag. Tvister prövas av svensk allmän domstol med Stockholms tingsrätt som första instans, om parterna inte kommer överens om annat.

PT Agreement — Terms for PT Access
This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Swedish version prevails.
This agreement (the "PT Agreement") applies between Bohlin Tech (sole proprietorship, Sweden), which provides the Frog Fitness platform ("we", the "Platform"), and you who activate PT Access to conduct coaching or personal training business via the Platform (the "PT", "you"). You accept the PT Agreement when you activate PT Access in the portal. The PT Agreement applies in addition to the general terms of service; in case of conflict, the PT Agreement prevails for your professional use.
The Data Processing Agreement forms an integral part of this agreement (Appendix 1).
1. The service
PT Access gives you access to a separate coach workspace in the portal with tools to:
- manage clients who have chosen to link their Frog Fitness account to you,
- create and assign training programs, sessions and meal plans,
- follow the training, body and nutrition data the client has chosen to share,
- communicate with clients via the messaging feature,
- sync your calendar (Google/Microsoft) if you choose to connect it, and
- charge your clients via Stripe (see section 6).
We develop the Platform continuously and may add, change or remove features. Material degradations of core features are announced in reasonable time.
2. Prices & payment
PT Access is sold as a monthly subscription via Stripe in three package tiers. Current prices and client limits are always shown in the portal before purchase; as of the date of this agreement:

- New accounts receive a free trial period (currently 3 months, with an extended client limit during the trial) — nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.
- Prices include any applicable VAT unless otherwise stated in the checkout flow. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next billing period.
- PT Access is purchased for your business — the statutory consumer right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to the purchase.
3. Your responsibilities as a PT
- You conduct your coaching business independently, in your own name and at your own responsibility. Bohlin Tech is not a party to the relationship between you and your clients and is not responsible for your advice, your programs or your commitments to clients.
- You are responsible for ensuring your business complies with applicable law, including consumer, marketing, accounting and tax legislation, and for having the permits, insurance and competence your business requires.
- You are responsible for your own contracts with clients (price, arrangement, right of withdrawal for your services, cancellation policy, etc.).
- The Platform is not a medical service. You may not use it to provide medical advice, and you are responsible for referring clients to healthcare when needed.
4. Client data & personal data
- The client owns their data and controls, per category (training, body, nutrition), what is shared with you. Sharing restrictions are enforced technically — you only get access to what the client shares, and access ends when the client turns off sharing or the connection.
- For clients' personal data that you process in your coaching business, you are the data controller and Bohlin Tech is your data processor. The terms for that processing are governed by the Data Processing Agreement (Appendix 1).
- You may only use client data to deliver coaching to the respective client — never for marketing to third parties, resale or your own registers outside the Platform without the client's explicit consent and your own legal basis.
- You are responsible for meeting your own obligations under the GDPR towards your clients, e.g. informing them about your processing.
5. Client limits & fair use
The number of linked clients is limited by your package tier. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the stability of the Platform. Automated scraping, bulk export of other users' data or sharing your account with other coaches is not permitted.
6. Payments from clients (Stripe Connect)
- You can connect your own Stripe account to charge clients. Stripe's own terms (including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement) apply to the account, and Stripe may require identity and business information under anti-money laundering legislation.
- Payments from clients go to your Stripe account. You are the seller of your services and are responsible for receipts, refunds, complaints, accounting and tax for that revenue.
- Any platform service fee on client payments is shown in the portal before you activate the payment feature; changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.
7. Intellectual property & content
The Platform is owned by Bohlin Tech. Programs, texts and materials you create yourself remain yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to store and display them for you and your clients in the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe anyone else's rights.
8. Availability & support
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Platform is free from interruptions or errors. Planned maintenance is scheduled, where possible, at times of low usage. Support is provided via support@frogfitness.se.
9. Term & termination
- The agreement applies from when you activate PT Access and runs until further notice, for as long as you have an active subscription or trial period.
- We may terminate or suspend PT Access with immediate effect in case of material breach, e.g. misuse of client data, unlawful activity or non-payment; in other cases with 30 days' notice.
- Upon termination, you lose access to the coach workspace. Your clients' own accounts and data are not affected — they own their data. The handling of client data upon termination is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Bohlin Tech is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data, and the total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you have paid for PT Access during the past 12 months. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
11. Changes
We may update the PT Agreement. Material changes are announced in the portal or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel the subscription before the change takes effect; continued use thereafter constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law & disputes
The agreement is governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish general courts with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance, unless the parties agree otherwise.
